Police have reviewed CCTV footage from around the area which showed the two men leaving the bakery, one on a pushbike and the other on foot, heading towards the Ulladulla Harbour area.
Further descriptions of the two offenders have been released with CCTV footage showing one wearing a khaki green-coloured hooded jacket and the other a white hooded jumper.
One of the offenders appeared to be wearing tracksuit pants.
Both men are believed to be in their 20s and around 175 to 180 centimetres tall. Both had their faces covered during the incident.
As well as making off with a sum of cash the offenders also took a drought relief fundraising tin, which contained donations, during the robbery.
Police have again appealed for anyone who might have been in the area at the time, who might have witnessed the robbery or have any information regarding the incident to come forward.
A number of people were seen walking and exercising in the area at the time and police urge anyone who might have information to come forward.
They are particularly interested in anyone who might have dash cam footage.
Police are also investigating if there is any link between the robbery and a light-coloured sedan that was seen speeding from the area shortly after the incident.
There were four staff members in the bakery at the time of the robbery, with detectives, general duty officers and crime scene personnel establishing a crime scene and gathering evidence at the business for a number of hours on Tuesday morning.
Despite the business remaining closed on Wednesday, police were back in the area seeking more information.
