Emma Louise Graney, 47, pleaded guilty to high-range drink driving during an appearance at Milton Local Court on May 16.
According to police facts tendered to the court Graney was driving in a southerly direction along Woodstock road about 6pm on December 31.
While negotiating a left-hand bend the vehicle crossed unbroken double lines and the northbound lane, colliding with the grass embankment.

Police said the car travelled approximately 60 metres along the western grass verge and collided with two trees before flipping on its roof.
A witness helped Graney before she was treated by paramedics at the scene for suspected head injuries. She was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital where she had scans.
Police facts stated the driver's behaviour was "very irrational" and she was refusing treatment. A long neck of beer could be seen in a bag on the floor of the vehicle.
Graney later blew 0.194.
Police facts said she told her solicitor her version of events and stated she had no memory of the collision or of being in the car.
Graney was disqualified from driving for seven months and placed on a two-year interlock order.
She completed the traffic offenders program and was fined $1400 on June 13 at Milton Local Court.
