The annual event is open to singles, couples or groups and you don't have to be dancer to enjoy the evening with friends.
This exciting event is supported by a team of helpers from the parish as well as a variety of local businesses, a great band, playing an array of popular music and last year's attendees have commented that it is an event not to be missed.
Fr Michael Dyer and parishioners of the Milton Parish Catholic Church are proud to be part of this ecumenical endeavour, that provides a Christian presence in Ulladulla High School, to help students in their everyday life.
2019 is the 21st year of the of the foundation, which was established in 1998 as the result of the vision of Rev Frank Gee who set up a combined churches board to employ a trained teacher for SRE at Ulladulla High School.
This is an important community initiative involving seven churches in the local area, including, Anglican, Baptist, Catholic, Presbyterian, Seventh-Day Adventist, Uniting and Highway Christian, with the express purpose of providing scripture classes at the school.
The Christian Special Religious Education Teacher, Bernie Hughes, teaches four days a week at Ulladulla High and works to a Curriculum approved by the NSW Department of Education.
Bernie is also involved in many secular aspects of school life, participating in excursions, camps and the like as much as possible. He also plays a part in supporting the school welfare team, as appropriate.
The dance will be held at the Catholic Parish Hall, Green St, Ulladulla on Friday, September 27. 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
Tickets are limited, contact Anne Foster on 0402 904 188 or Mary Davies on 0415 420 286.
