Louise Lyel, 54, during a mention at Milton Local Court on October 17, maintained not guilty pleas to four charges of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage by deception, five counts of obtaining financial advantage from a Commonwealth entity and knowingly making a false statement.
In Milton Local Court on August 8, she entered pleas to the charges and was remanded on bail to a Mollymook address.
However, Magistrate Gabriel Fleming, on Thursday, approved her changed bailed conditions to a Jamberoo address. Lyel must also report to Kiama Police Station three times a week.
According to charge sheets presented to the courts, police allege Lyel used fraudulent identification to rent accommodation from Ray White Real Estate Mollymook from April 11 to April 24, 2019 and did not pay $4492.85 during the period.
Between November 8, 2018 and May 1, 2019, police allege Lyel again used fraudulent ID to rent a property in Milton and she allegedly owes LJ Hooker Ulladulla $7200.
Lyel is also accused of receiving more than $4800 from the Department of Human Services through rent assistance and Newstart payments.
Her hearing is set for February 20, 2020.
