About 7am on Friday, November 1, South Coast Police District officers conducted a Firearms Prohibition Order (FPO) search at a Mollymook address.
A 25-year-old man was arrested at the home and taken to Ulladulla Police Station where he was charged with possess shortened firearm (not pistol) without authority, not keep firearm safely, possess ammunition without holding a licence/permit, and two counts of possess prohibited drugs.
He was refused bail and scheduled to appear at Nowra Local Court on Friday.
