Glenn Ellis Findley, 50, entered pleas to charges of not obey direction of police, disobey road closure sign and resist police officer in execution of duty at his first appearance at Milton Local Court on Thursday, January 16.

According to charge sheets presented to the court, Police allege Findley failed to obey reasonable directions of police between 10.10pm and 10.30pm on December 7 at Woodburn.
Police allege Findley drove a vehicle on Woodburn Road on a length of the road where he was not permitted beyond the road closure sign and resisted two senior constables of executing their duty.
Magistrate Gabriel Fleming dispensed his bail and set a hearing at Milton Local Court on February 24.
