The talk, titled 'The Role of the 5 Elements in Health ' will be held at 7pm, March 20 at the Milton Country Women's Association hall.
Entry to the talk is by donation and all proceeds will be donated to Treading Lightly, a local not for profit environmental organisation .
The groups founder Monica Mudge will also give an overview of the work they have been doing in the local community.
The talk hopes to be an opportunity for people to gain insight into how to re-establish inner balance and calm after the turbulent times we experienced as a community throughout the Currowan Fires.
Lama Choedak Rinpoche will talk about how the outer elements and environment relate to our inner elements and how to find balance between the two .
Chai and cake will also be served at the event.
