Woolworths said the change was made to help customers in self-isolation receive essential food and groceries.
Both stores will have reduced opening hours of 9am to 6pm starting from Wednesday, April 1. The additional hours will be used for customers to pick up orders and help Woolworths meet the increasing demand for delivery.

Woolworths supermarkets managing director Claire Peters said the company was focused on supporting the most vulnerable in the community.
"Following an extraordinary level of demand for groceries in recent weeks, reducing trading hours in some of our stores to turn them into 'Priority Delivery Hubs' will help us assist more people who can't access a store to get products they need," she said in a statement.
The announcement from Woolworths comes after, on Monday, it announced an $80 box of basic groceries to get food to elderly and vulnerable.
The box includes meals, snacks and a few essential items, and can't be customised. It will be delivered through Australia Post and DHL.
Due to the change community hour, the dedicated hour from 8am for elderly shoppers, will no longer be available at the stores.
