Is it laziness or incommodious with fake blaming COVID again, with no Plan B, postal voting etc. They have had over 12 months to sort out a back-up since the last cancellation, with Australia doing a Census this month at home, you have to wonder if the NSW Government could run a chook raffle? So much for democracy? Is there a hidden agenda? Unions have been doing postal voting for years, COVID or not. Does the next four year term start in December for new council?

I am older person, whom cannot operate computer properly, yet the federal government expect this ability.

I am paying the kid from down the road to help. I signed into my service for QR code registry, now I am in myGov, Medicare and goodness knows where else. I am unable to use this machinery, I am inefficient on these machines. I do not understand them and now I have a My Gov account but i have no idea what that means. It is overwhelming and confusing.

I wish I never signed up for as QR Code, only to be inundated with stuff I don't understand. It rubs in the fact I am yesterday's person. 'By default' - is that a joke, I have no idea. The government, just drops us early 60s into the gutter, as "we can't communicate in a way that's suitable to you". My son is fully vaccinated and stuck in Canada. Scomo still hasn't let him back into the country he was born in. Third time lucky. He booked last four months ago. DEFAT knows, he has a medically and physically disabled father waiting, whom will not letting myGov, jump all over me, and the extremely confusing "options".

Who, please, is advocating for old age pensioners and their continued struggle, trying to cope with the current pension payments, less than $500/week?

Given the outcry, during this pandemic, that the ongoing government payments given out (Job Keeper, Job Saver/ and latest $750) is too little to live on, why then, hasn't the pension been increased for pensioners? Pensioners have had to cope silently without heat in winter, dental (other than emergency fillings or extractions), medical and other daily needs, with the ever increasing costs (rent, electricity, ever-changing phone and internet plans, communication devices, car, petrol, food, health treatments, etc.).

Many of us don't own our own homes anymore, and whatever small savings/super left are totally diminished in payments with interest rates practically 0 per cent.

Why aren't we hearing about increased payments for us? Especially during these days, when everyone else is being looked after?

After all, we are no longer young and able-bodied to go out to work, or even help fill in those jobs on farms that are desperately screaming for help, and not being supported by many younger folk who could work, but prefer to collect the government pay-outs, and not extend themselves to do these jobs.

Most of us have paid our dues and taxes during our working years, and now need to be helped during these autumn years of our lives.

We didn't want to be in this position, but bad circumstances put us here. Please help us. Thank you.
