Dulcie is a new sister for Nora, 3, and Hamish, 1 1/2 years.
Proud grandparents are Cheryl and Greg Pickard, from Upper Lansdowne, and Robyn and John Roberts, from Cowra.
Equally proud aunties and uncles are Jacquie and Dave Dolbel, from Cowra, Kate Pickard, from Canberra and Michael Pickard, from Western Australia.

We'd love to let everyone know by sharing your exciting news.
COVID-19 restrictions has meant some big changes, including even the way the South Coast Register compiles some of its news, in particular the coverage of the area's new arrivals - our new babies.
Until further notice we will not be making our weekly visits to Shoalhaven District Hospital maternity section to compile our latest group of new Shoalhaven residents.
But all is not lost - forms have been provided at the hospital to be given to new parents so they can still appear in our popular section.
Or alternatively you can send us your photographs and details and we will include them in our gallery.
Include information like - name, sex, date of birth, parents' names and town, weight, any siblings and ages and grandparents.
We'd love to spread the word.
