The Sunday, November 11 event saw around 70 people gather to enjoy the historical drama.
The film is based on the true story of infamous Australian bushranger Ben Hall and stars Jack Martin as Ben Hall, Jamie Coffa as John Gilbert, and William Lee as John Dunn.
One attendee took great lengths to see the film after missing screenings in Forbes and Wollongong.
Ben Hall (no, not a typo) travelled from Port Kembla to see the film at the urging of his patient fiance.
"She flew in from Lismore this morning but she said 'if you don't go, I won't hear the end of it'," Ben said.
"When I heard it was on here I just cleared my schedule immediately."
For Mr Hall, it was the second time he’s enjoyed the film and said it's worth every kilometre he spent in the car.
"It's brilliant, absolutely brilliant,” he said.
“The only thing is I'm kicking myself that I moved from Victoria only a month and a half before they were taking applications for extras. That would've been amazing.”
Mr Hall said his name is usually met with surprise and his license is often required just to prove it.
For the record, the Milton Ulladulla Times checked his license and we can confirm - he is who he says he is.
The movie has been produced by Jessica Pearce, whose father Neville Pearce runs UIladulla Oyster Bar.
Neville makes his silver-screen debut in the film following his support of the movie’s kickstarter funding campaign.
He plays a grandfather whose stage coach is robbed by bushranger John Gilbert.
Attendees at the screening were given the opportunity to walk the red carpet, greet the writer/director, producer and main actors.
Wine and champagne flowed and afterwards everyone headed to a question and answers session and tapas at the Ulladulla Oyster Bar.
Net proceeds from the event will go to EscapeArtFest to be used towards future programs.
