Chris Stilling, starting back of the field, impressed the more experienced drivers with his skills on the challenging course.
Stilling won the NSW Clubman and ACT rally awards and novice award at the event.
Stilling's performance at Narooma and the list of championship wins by his father has impressed the Simply Music Management team from Ulladulla who are sponsoring the Stilling motorsport team for the rest of the 2019 season.
Trevor Stilling, who was the runaway winner of the 2017 Australian Classic Rally Challenge series driving a Datsun Stanza has recently made a return to racing after injuring his back in a bad crash during the classic outback trial Alice Springs in 2018.
