Shoalhaven City Council has started roadworks on Golf Avenue, Mollymook between Shackleton and Sheppard Streets and at the intersection of Golf Avenue and Buchan Street.
The works are scheduled to be undertaken in two stages to limit the impact of roadworks over the Easter holiday period.
The first stage of works will take place from February 29 to March 24 on Golf Avenue between Shackleton and Sheppard Streets.
The second stage will run from April 26 to May 15 and will impact the Golf Avenue and Buchan St intersection.
The project involves the removal and replacement of 200 metres of road pavement, construction of a bound pavement, asphalt pavement and overlay and the replacement of a water main at the Golf Avenue and Buchan Street intersection.
Road users and pedestrians are advised to follow detour signage on site, as the road will be closed to through traffic during the works.
