The students and teachers of Milton Primary School have worn sporting jerseys in honour of student, Kieren Thomas-Thompson who lost his battle with cancer on July 17.

Principal Mark Thomson explained the entire school has worn their sporting best to coincide with Kieren’s funeral in Sydney and the request from the family for attendees to wear sporting memorabilia.
“We have done this as a show of support and respect to the family and to Kieren,” he said.
The school will place a memorial to Kieren in their memorial garden later in the year.
