Scott Phillip King, 43, pleaded guilty in Milton Local Court on March 16 to driving a car while disqualified. He was also ordered to undertake 150 hours of community service but had no conviction recorded.
Court documents state on January 24, 2016 police were patrolling Termeil when they noticed King’s car at a local service station. King told them he was driving as ‘he needed to get some necessities and stuff for the dog’.
Police found King had been disqualified from driving until December, 18, 2017.
