A state-wide wheelchair lawn bowls competition will be held in Ulladulla throughout the week, with people travelling from near and far to battle it out on the green for the top spot.

The 2017 Wheelchair NSW State Championships began on Monday, August 21 and will finish on Friday, August 25.
The event, being held at the Milton Ulladulla Bowling Club, will see people with a physical disability participate equally against able-bodied competitors for the blue ribbon.
There are no rule changes and competitors can compete on both normal green and synthetic surfaces.
The pairs competition was held on Monday and Tuesday at the club.
While the singles competition will run on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week.
More than 30 competitors will be lining up on the green during each day to take part in the championships.
