On Monday, Liberal Party volunteer John Willmott was captured in a 13-second video, handing to a voter a how-to-vote card for Pauline Hanson's One Nation.
On Tuesday, the former Shoalhaven City Councillor did not deny he was captured in the video handing out the One Nation pamphlet at the Ulladulla Civic Centre.
Mr Willmott declined to comment and referred The Times to NSW Liberal Party.
In the video Mr Willmott says 'I'm not handing out .. someone just asked me" before he then passes two forms to a voter as he says "there you go, there's Pauline Hanson, but that's only a senate ticket, if you could look at Warren [Mundine] for the lower house".
Australian Council of Trade Unions Sally McManus retweeted the video with a caption "Liberals are handing out for Pauline Hanson in Gilmore".
The NSW Liberal Party has been contacted for comment.
