As part of the NSW Country Dolphins team, both athletes, trained by Daniel Robberds, finished on the podium in their respective sand events.
Zustovich, fresh off a medalling for Australia in South Africa, edged out national champion Blake Drysdale (Newport) for the open men's flags crown.
While Williams claimed silver in both the open women's beach flags and sprint - losing to Kurrawa's Bree Masters on both occasions.
Joining the Mollymook pair in the Jim Walker coached Dolphins were Bulli's Beau Wheeler and Zara Sharman, Newport's Isaac Smith, Byron Bay's Ela Heiniger and Cudgen Headland's Lily O'Sullivan.
Nowra-Culburra product Holly Abbey, who has recently moved to Kurrawa, competed for the Point Danger Seawolves on Sunday and finished fifth in the open women's beach sprint.
At the conclusion of round one, which saw 110 athletes compete in 15 events across 13 different teams, the Queensland Country Canecutters sit in first in 133 points - with the Dolphins sitting in 11th on 77 points.
Round two of the Super Surf Teams League will take place on December 15 at Surfers Paradise - coinciding with round four of the Nutri-Grain ironperson series.
Before that though, Zustovich and Williams - along with fellow Mollymook products Jack Bridges and Karla Jones - will compete at the Interbranch titles at Bulli next weekend.
