With the end of the summer competition being so close and with the ever changing situation of whether the competition will get to be completed with the threat of being cancelled due to the coronavirus the players took to the courts and gave their all on Saturday morning.

In Division 1 Team R Ogilvy defeated Team Matthews 46 games to 18. Tyrone Matthews put up a great fight for his team to draw his singles match as well a win and a draw in his two singles matches while Adrian Le had a big day for Team Ogilvy with an individual game score from his matches of 21 games to 3.
In the other Division 1 match Team Donald continued on their winning ways this time over Team Gunn with a 35 to 29 game result. Tom Malligan recording wins in his singles match and both his doubles encounters for Team Donald proved to be the difference between the teams on the day.
Byron Powell and Taj Thelander both won their singles matches for Team Gunn providing resistance to what otherwise could have been a more dominant win to Team Donald.
In Division 2 Team Walsh came up against Team Pinches and recorded a 35 game to 29 win despite a spectacular return to the competition by Kolt Pinches after several weeks away. Kolt won each of his matches playing some very nice tennis. The teams won four matches each for the tie with the teams being separated by Team Walsh's superior game score.
In the second Division 2 match Team McDonald took on Team Bergin. James Horvat played a red hot singles match which he won 8 love to help Team Mcdonald to a 36 game to 28 win. The tie overall featured three drawn matches with each of the four players on both teams playing at least one.
Harris Scarfe Monday Ladies
Monday: Unfortunately, we had wet weather last Monday so tennis had to be called off.
Scoreboard points for Division 1 are: Cole 16, Dickson 17, Farmilo 18, Loves 37, Mennie 20, Rejc 15 and Stiller 21.
Scoreboard points for Division 2 are: Clough 12, Donohue 20, Ogilvy 19, Pascoe 28, Potts 17, Rasmussen 33 and Rutherford 15.
Thursday night: The results for Thursday, March 19 were as follows:
Team Simon defeated Team Blondinau 6 sets to 0. Unfortunately, Team Blondinau had to forfeit 3 sets due to an unavailable player. Margaret Ogilvy played for Suzzie Hart-Wessell in Team Blondinau.
Team McKenzie defeated Team Donohue 5 sets to 1. Unfortunately, all of Team Donohue were away so well done to the fill-ins, Jan Shalhoub, Mary Lou Barclay and Elanna Herbert.
Scoreboard points are as follows: Blondinau 20, Donohue 17, McKenzie 29, Shalhoub 13 and Simon 23.
This week's draw is: Team Blondinau V Team Shalhoub, and Team Simon V Team McKenzie. Team Donohue is the bye team and Team Shalhoub is the duty team.
