"I am just seeing far too many people," she said on Wednesday.
This long term resident, as many of these people are unfamiliar to her, fears they are people who are flaunting the unnecessary travel rules and coming to the area for a visit.
"Aren't they getting the message that this is really serious," she said.
Then, as she waited outside near a local cafe to get her coffee, she heard a man talking loudly on the phone about his trip from Sydney to the Shoalhaven.
"He was asking when everyone was going to arrive," the concerned resident said.
Other residents are also worried and have been putting up signs to express their displeasure.
One sign read "we are not an isolation plan, Stop the spread and Get outta here" was left near a local reserve.
It was taken down and trampled upon.
The sign was later propped up.
"All these people coming here are ringing alarm bells for me," the concerned resident said.
She was to know what is being done to enforce the rules?

NSW Police Commissioner Michael Fuller said police will continue to take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the wider community.
"I have said time and time again that one of the most important powers police have is the power of discretion," he said.
"Additional powers have been introduced with good reason and I encourage my officers to use them in the spirit in which they were intended - to keep the people of NSW safe throughout this crisis.
"I'd encourage people to continue to do the right thing without the need for police involvement and the use of these new powers.
"A good rule of thumb is that if you are questioning whether you should be doing something, it is best to give it a miss," Commissioner Fuller said.
Meanwhile, Shoalhaven City Council also reinforces Australian Federal Government advice that non-family public gatherings of over two people outdoors are now not permitted.
NSW Government fines will apply to anyone in breach of this order and if you see anyone not doing the right thing, you are encouraged to report the matter to Crime Stoppers on 1300 333 000.
Please provide police with as much information about the contravention as possible, including the date, time, location and any relevant information regarding the infringement.
