A compliance review, tendered to the Development and Environment committee meeting on Tuesday, August 4, showed of the 1041 fines issued from April to June 2020 513 were for animal issues and 368 for parking.
Environmental issues came in third, with 147 fines issued.

The council collected a total $307,151 for all infringements.
More than $66,000 was for parking fines, and $171,640 for animal issues.
The council expects to retain about 70 per cent of the revenue after a percentage is retained by Revenue NSW.
Council rangers take a zero-tolerance approach to unregistered dogs, dogs not under effective control, or dogs that attack on a person or another dog.
Rangers have discretion for other matters.
