Sound Journeys is a new podcast developed by local young people to promote tourism in the Milton Ulladulla area.
The podcast episodes each focus on a specific place (Milton, Ulladulla and Mollymook) and feature the history, unique flavour, and people of the area.
There's also a focus on what experiences people should try while on holiday and a few quirky facts that even locals might not know.

Sound Journeys is a project of the Dunn Lewis Youth Development Foundation and funded by the NSW Government Department of Communities and Justice.
Program manager Gemma Hart led five students from Ulladulla High School though the eight-month experience in exploring, interviewing, editing and researching the five episodes.
"The whole idea was to link young people with the community, make them feel they have a place here and to develop pride in our area," Gemma said.
While Covid lockdown rules threw many challenges their way, Sienna Flynn, Manu Maya, Holly Forbes, Karina Maya, and Sienna Condie were eventually able to get out, start exploring and finding people to interview.
Noel Butler, Cathy Dunn and Phil Smart are three well-known locals who share their knowledge.
Vox pops at Milton Farmer's Market and Livvi's Place in Mollymook also saw the students chatting with a local dairy farmer, and a member of Surf Life Saving.
Gemma's experience in community radio and podcasting helped guide the students through planning, interviewing, building a narrative, scripting, sound recording and editing. From an hour's interview, often only five minutes would be used.
Gemma said their response to the project, featured in a special behind the scenes episode, surprised even her.
"It was a really positive project and I was surprised how much the young people got of it. Their responses were overwhelming," she said.
While many of the interviews were pre-planned, the vox pops gave students the chance to test their confidence and newfound interviewing skills.
"The challenge of going up to random people to interview can be nerve-racking but they pushed through and I'm so proud of them," Gemma said.
A few mysteries, interesting tales and even talk about a second tsunami can all be found at Sound Journeys.
