RSL LifeCare was earlier this month announced to lead and deliver the Nowra centre.
The organisation already runs Jonathan Rogers GC House at Dumaresq Village, at the location.
A RSL LIfeCare spokesperson said it's planned to build the facility on the organisation's existing Nowra site.

"The facility is expected to be a raised build on the prominent corner entry location of 124 Wallace Street," the spokesperson said, but prior to final building design being submitted for development approval, RSL LifeCare will engage with the local Nowra community to help make sure it meets the needs of local veterans.
"The facility will sit independent of the village, which is under development as a combined senior living village, a residential aged care facility and associated communal amenities and recreation spaces."
It's envisioned the centre may be able to offer limited services as soon as early 2021 from a temporary site, with full services running from early 2022 from the new facility.
RSL LifeCare will lead a consortium of veteran service providers to provide a variety of services, all under the one roof.
"The core of the service model is the provision of a 'one-stop shop' for veteran support services," the spokesperson said.
"We'll be integrating physical and virtual spaces across Nowra and surrounds.
"The outreach itself will be provided through online and off-site presence using a range of Ex-Service Organisations (ESO) facilities, and mobile facilities."
Services to be include, but not limited to are - transition programs and activities; advocacy support services; social connection; housing assistance; open arms community and peer advisor support services; employment support assistance and services; digital My Service Kiosk.
"Staff recruitment will be focused in Nowra and the surrounding region," the spokesperson said.
"With a preference for those with veteran experience and/or knowledge.
"Initially, we'll be looking for a centre manager and administration support officer. Following that we will recruit veteran support coordinators and claims advisors as the centre develops."
