Spring cleaning
Ahhh, fresh
Well, it is nearly the season for it, so get in early. Open the doors and windows to let the air in. Move the furniture to do a proper vacuum. Lift and dust. Shake the doona, hang it out in the sun. Turn your mattress. Get in and clean the nooks and crannies that get overlooked - light fittings, ceiling fans, behind the TV. Break the job down into rooms. Extend your cleaning blitz to your car as well. How long has it been since you actually gave it a vacc or cleaned the windows on the inside?
Learn to paint
At-home Piccaso
Ok, it might be easier to learn to sketch if you don't have the art resources at home. Pick up a pencil and a piece of paper. It's all about start simply, then adding more detail until you gain confidence. Sit down a have a look around you - what's in the fruitbowl, the room you're seated in, or even grab an item off the pantry shelf. try and draw it, then each time add more detail Then try looking out the window. Is there a tree or a streetscape you can put down on paper? There are also many online tutorials that could guide you through the process.
Support the team
