Appeal organisers are finalising the catalogue for the donated artworks for the exhibition to be held at the Ulladulla Civic Centre on the October long weekend.
Award-winning artist Ben Quilty has offered to donate a painting to the appeal.
The Archibald Prize winner heard the appeal's Sussan Curran being interviewed about the event, made contact and offered to donate a piece of artwork.
Over 150 artists and craftspeople and most of the local creative groups have become involved.
Some of the donors are even people who lost their homes and or studios in the fires.
Cobargo's Steve Stafford lost everything when the fires roared through his place, including his timber stash but was still able to donate "a beautiful knife".
The proceeds from Steve's donation will be going to someone who works with wood and so if you know of anyone who is a woodworker whose home was burnt please let the event organisors know.
"It's becoming quite exciting and opening up the parcels of goodies and setting up the exhibition is going to be hectic but fun," Susan said.
"It's not too late to let us know if you want to donate. Just send a photo of the item to amberselina@hotmail.com.
"Please check out our Facebook page Coastal Creative Appeal and let your friends and family who might be visiting know about our fundraiser for the fire victims."
