The property, located 140 Wilfords Lane is one of Milton's original homes. It was built by master builder James Poole in 1868 and is cited by the National Trust.
The home sits on a hefty 60 acres and features eight paddocks, two dams and a creek.
The previous owners have had the much-loved property for 24 years, but they are ready to pass it on to new owners.

Selling agent Lisa Cox from LJ Hooker said there had been an "overwhelming amount of interest in the property".
"It's been on the market for four weeks now and it is listed at $2.85," she said.
The house includes a fibreglass in ground swimming pool, historic stone features, three fireplaces and original cheese cellar.
There are plenty of historic features in the house. Local cedar has been used throughout for floors and joinery, there are 15ft ceilings along with original cornices and ceiling roses.
'Applegarth' is possibly named after a village in the Scottish boarder region, north east of Carlisle. The oxford dictionary defines Garth as a close, yard, garden, or paddock. A variety of apple trees were once seen around the cottage.
The property is only 2km from Milton village centre and offers a lot of potential. It has an RU1 zoning so could facilitate a bed and breakfast or farm stay.
There is also the option to restore the old dairy bales which would provide additional accommodation or studio.
Property throughout Milton has been selling strong in recent months.
"We can't get enough stock to sell," Ms Cox said.
"Certainly there is a lot of buyer activity and strong prices being achieved in the area."
