The Milton Budawang Bazaar's last day of trading will be Saturday, April 30.
The building used by the cooperative members is being upgraded.
Circumstances mean the cooperative had no choice but to close its doors.
Bazaar secretary Jane McNally [above] said they did look for a new shopfront but could not find a suitable location.
"I am upset," she said about the end of a 30-year era.
The bazaar was "an eclectic store" for locals and visitors alike".

It was one of those places you could find a gift or something special for anyone.
"It broke our hearts," Mrs McNally said to describe the difficult decision they had to make.
She added the bazaar had been a part of Milton for a long time.

It was well known locally and people from overseas used to frequent the shop regularly.
The last time the Milton Ulladulla Times caught up with Mrs McNally and her husband Michael, who is the group's president, they were looking forward to better times after some difficulty with COVID-19 and its lockdowns.
The beat COVID-19 but now have hit another major hurdle.
