Tucker Real Estate will host a business luncheon on Friday, March 31 and is encouraging both men and women to attend.
Proceeds will be donated to Milton Cancer Outpatients Appeal.
The event is part of the Business Community Network and aims to bring the business community in Ulladulla, Milton and Mollymook together to share ideas, stories and knowledge.
Andrea Tucker, owner of Tucker Real Estate will be one of four businesswoman speaking and is set to share her thoughts on the courage required to grow and maintain a profitable business.
“I’ll be talking about the importance of purpose and direction – really getting clear around what it is you want and making sure you’re on track with your passion,” she said.
“I want people to focus their energy on something they love.”
Andrea will be providing people with workbooks to allow them to tailor information to their individual needs. She welcomed all women, regardless of their business status to attend.

“Even of you’re just thinking of starting a business, or you’re feeling lost, come and get some inspiration,” Andrea said.
While the focus is on supporting women, Andrea said the event is also open to men and those supporting women in business roles.
Local business owner Janice O’Neil will also be speaking at the event.
Janice started at Flight Centre in 2012, stepping into the manager’s position for the new franchise.
She will share her secrets on how she brought the business to where it is today – the most improved Flight Centre store in the ACT Southern NSW region.
“The most important thing I want people to get out of it is that hope is not a strategy and if you surround yourself with good noise, you will succeed,” she said.
Andrea and Janice will be joined by Genevieve Clay-Smith, a film writer and 2015 NSW Young Australian of the Year. She will be speaking on the importance of understanding your potential, resilience and overcoming challenges.
Natalie Donnelly, a cancer survivor and business owner is also set to inspire.
Natalie will share her story about how life and business sometimes deals difficult cards and how to overcome them.
The event will be held from 11am at Mollymook Golf Club and includes a three course lunch. Tickets are $99 and can be purchased from Tucker Real Estate.
