Twenty-nine stalls will be set up at the Milton Ulladulla Ex Sevos showcasing what wedding services the region offers, as well as some services from Sydney and beyond.
Doors open at 10am with samples of McWilliams Markview brut cuvee and hair and make-up demonstrations.
Musician Brock Lette will play on stage from 10am to 12.30pm, followed by a fashion parade showcasing formal wear from Sarah Gabrielle, Beauty Trendz Bridal and Formal and Romantasy.
At 1.30pm the lucky door prize will be drawn, as well as many other prizes, with the event to finish at 2pm.
This will be the first time the event has been held in the area and was the brainchild of mobile photo booth owner Amy Woods and her friends Dallas Koperberg and Emma Bryant, who own Bluebird Style and Decorate.
“We tried to get as many local businesses together to showcase what’s on offer in the area,” Amy said.
“A lot of Canberra brides come down to get married on the coast so it would be a good day for them.
“But it will just be good to support the local community. It’s only $5 entry and is a not for profit day for us. It’s just a day to showcase our business as well as the businesses of everyone we have worked with.”
All funds raised from the expo will go to Milton Ulladulla Family Support.
