A 25-year-old man escaped with minor injuries after his car collided with a tree along the Princes Highway near Termeil.

About 4.30am on Wednesday, January 9, Bawley Point Rural Fire Service responded to a single vehicle accident about two kilometres south of the Bawley Point Road.
The driver was travelling north and had slid out, colliding into a tree on the nouthbound side of the highway.
The driver had freed himself of the wreckage when his brigade arrived.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the driver suffered lacerations and bruises to his face. He was taken to Batemans Bay Hospital for treatment.
