Dale Wilford, Roy Johnston, Tim Gregory and Jim Mison were awarded 50-year service plaques at the official opening of the 150th Milton Show.
The gentlemen also cut the ribbon to officially open the 2019 show.
Mr Gregory said his 50-year involvement on the committee has been an "absolute honour".
"My involvement has been an absolute pleasure," he said.
Mr Mison said the show had "come a long way" since his early days when he would enter vegetables into the junior farmer category as an 8-year-old boy.
"The show is in my blood I suppose," he said.
The 150th show continues on Saturday, March 2.
