There's No Business Like Show Business was held over seven shows in September, raising $40,000 for 22 community groups, service organisations and local charities.
2019 show director Georgia Sadler said the group believed it was the largest amount it had raised in its long-running history.
"You hope for all the effort you put in, that the show is well received and it was amazingly received by the community," she said.
"We sold a record amount of tickets. The cast were so happy, I was so happy [with the outcome]."
The Entertainers handed over the amount to various groups at a ceremony, held at the Milton Ulladulla ExServos Club on October 23.
Ms Sadler said groups and individuals had already told the Entertainers what their funds will be used for.
"We donated to Dean Howcroft's MS Journey and those funds will go towards him getting MS treatment overseas," she said.
"The Holly Burns Foundation will put the funds towards a new van for Holly's wheelchair so it can fit and Budawang School is rallying to purchase a bus which those funds will go towards."
Ms Sadler was also pleased to announce that the Entertainers have also put money aside for a new musical scholarship in memory of Patti Yates, who was the driving force and director of the Entertainers from 1992 to 2015.
"It will be for young musicians in the area who want do something with their music. It will be a way to keep music happening the area."
Early talks have also been held for next year's shows, but there may be a "different spin" on what people know as the Entertainers, Ms Sadler said.
