The bookshop just marked its seventh birthday and in the process has sold an impressive number of books and raised a stack of money for a community organisation.
Since it opened on August 1 2013 the volunteer-run bookshop has sold 245 000 books and made a profit of $582 000.
All profits go into the Lions Community Foundation which has contributed to the Jindelara Disability Respite House Project.
Jindelara aims to provide a quality short-term residential facility for young people with disabilities.
Apart from always getting something good to read people also get to meet the friendly bookshop volunteers.
Volunteer Gerry Halliday has been a Lions Club member for 20-years and has volunteered in the bookshop since it opened.
"I love it," Mr Halliday said about his experience as a bookshop volunteer.
"You meet some lovely people and many just keep coming back."
Mr Halliday said even tourists in the region for holidays were regular bookshop clients.

The bookshop did have a tough time early in 2020.
It was closed in January due to the bushfires, and closed in April and May due to COVID-19.
The bookshop's landlords [the Ward family] have been supportive and have given the Lions Club a substantial rent decrease for the next six months.
The bookshops is always looking for more donations and currently is short on books for young readers.
Donated books are not put on the shelves until they are cleaned.
The bookshop is located in the Bellbrook Arcade, Ulladulla.
It's open from 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 12.30pm on Saturday.
The Sussex Inlet Lions also has a bookshop and they donated books to their fellow Lions Club when the Ulladulla shop was established.
