This workshop is for anyone seeking greater peace of mind.
"More and more these days it is becoming obvious that we can't rely entirely on external situations to fulfil us," Ben said.
"We need also to look after our inner world in order to gain the happiness, peace and wellbeing in life we are looking for.
"Through meditation practice we can develop the skills needed to find such a balance."
Participants will learn how to relax back into their body, calm racing thoughts and settle emotions.
"Through reconnecting with one's inner state of calm and presence one will be more able to redirect the mind attention towards more reliable sources of peace and happiness, such as one's own good heart," Ben said.
Ben has been practising meditation in the Buddhist tradition for the past 20 years and has been committed to sharing these methods to a wide range of audiences throughout that time, including schools , workplaces, Buddhist centres, health retreats, mental health support centres, hospitals and aged care homes.
He communicates these techniques in a way that is easy to understand and relevant to everyday life.
