The Milton Ulladulla Times recently caught up with a few of the most impressive volunteers.
Les has been a volunteer with the group since 2015 and won't be leaving any time soon.
"I love the place - we have a great bunch of people here," Les said.
Les volunteers two days a week and it's something he looks forward to doing.
Vinnies is in urgent need of more volunteers to help run its Green Street shop.
The Ulladulla Vinnies shop raises funds for people who are experiencing homelessness, domestic and family violence, and poverty.
Les would love to see more people becoming volunteers.
"You get to help a lot of people," Les said, explaining why more people should become Vinnies' volunteers.
"I can't give it [volunteering] up - I love it."
Estelle is another proud and happy volunteer.
"It's a worthy cause and I love to help people," Estelle said.
"The bunch of people we have here are great to work with and we have a lot of fun.
"In general it's about helping people and you like to help people where you can."
Estelle has been a volunteer for about three years and volunteers two days a week.
"More people should definitely volunteer - it's a great place where you can help people and we need more volunteers badly," she said.
Estelle went on to say how busy the volunteers were in the op-shop, either sorting out the donations, preparing the shop to open and assisting customers, along with other duties.
"Anywhere I can help - I help," Estelle said to explain her role.
Bryn continues the theme of "a happy group of volunteers doing something to support others in the community".
"It's like having a little family down here and it's enormous fun," she said.
Bryn said there was even time for singing and dancing while they were getting stuck into the work sorting and pricing clothes.
"I also enjoy working in the tills [cash registers] - I never thought I would enjoy working on a till in my life," Bryn said.
"It [volunteering] is great and the customers are so nice.
Bryn has been a volunteer for two years.
"Volunteering gets you out of the house and you get to talk to all of your new friends down here," she said.
"You go home happy because you have helped people but exhausted and we do need more people to volunteer."
