Many members found it a somewhat challenging topic said Barry Tomkinson.
“It had to be a pictorial of yourself, created by yourself, but it could be either you as you see yourself or how others see you,” he said.
The winning image of the month for the theme was, Half Life, by Anna Rosenzweig.
In the open category, Sandy Latham won with a gritty city image titled, Oblivious.
The judge for the evening was well known Melbourne photographer and instructor Andrew Haysom.
The June monthly competition will see members tackle the theme, Framed.
In this theme the photographer must depict a picture of one subject matter framed within a larger frame of the image itself.
