The group worked on an approximate 55-metre section of the path from Butler’s Creek reserve, near the caravan park, to the community hall in Kioloa.
Two truckloads of concrete measuring 12 cubic metres were transported to the site where volunteers worked from 7.30am.
A vast range of ages were on site with an engaged catering group there to keep spirits high with warm food and drink.
The pathway will link the Bawley Point and Kioloa communities. Shoalhaven City Council has funded the works on the Kioloa side of the path of which the group was grateful.
