On January 26, Ulladulla Uniting Church’s monthly cake stall raised $800 for the volunteer firies’ catering division.
Uniting Church representative Fay Kastelein praised the baking skills of the catering volunteers, who added to the many cakes and biscuits the Church ladies had prepared.
Volunteers also held a car park sale of goods which was mostly furniture including goods left following the sale of the Milton Church.
Ulladulla Uniting Church hosts a cake stall on the fourth Saturday of each month. It’s next store will be on Saturday, February 23 at the Outreach Centre, opposite the Ulladulla police station from 8.30am to noon.
All funds will go to the Ulladulla and Districts Community Resources Centre. Each Friday free bread is available at the Outreach Centre which comes from the Resource Centre food bank.
