Second-placed Berry-Shoalhaven Heads will meet North Nowra at the Bernie Regan complex to decide the other final place.
Ulladulla vice-captain and impeccable wrist-spinner Aaron Wester believes his team has what it takes to reach the final with an upset win over the Ex-Servos this Saturday.
"All we need is a bit of luck in play, we have the ability to make a lot of runs and we have a strong bowling attack," Wester said.
"Twice this season we have totalled 250, so we have definitely the capability to win our remaining games."
Big-hitting Harley Bell has led United's charge into the semi-finals after a dominant season with the bat, notching up 439 runs.
Fellow left-hander Sam Lee has also played stoutly for his tally of 328 along with George Walker 297, Brad Field 244 and all-rounder Peter King with 221 runs and 16 wickets.
Leading the bowling attack, off-spinner Aaron Wester has grabbed 20 wickets with George Walker 11, Angus Rutherford eight and Matthew Shea seven wickets.
Star wicketkeeper Rocky Lavalle has registered a stream of catches and stumpings in support of the chase.
Ex-Servos come into the finals as minor premiers with Blake Munilla adding 261 runs and Daniel Gleeson 244 with the bat while Nate Jones with 33 and Justin Ganderton with 18 wickets have bowled strongly this season.
Berry Magpies also come into the finals in good form with Nathan Thomas registering 390 runs this season and Tommy Gibbs snaring 22 wickets.
North Nowra is built around the dynamic Justin Weller. The strongly built right-hand all-rounder has top-scored with 317 runs and has returned with 47 wickets.
