The Co-Principal of Raine and Horne Mollymook/Milton reconfirmed his status as one of NSW's best sales agents at a major industry awards event at Sydney's Star Casino, Darling Harbour recently.
Mr Pryde scored podium finishes at the Raine and Horne Awards for Excellence, NSW, in the competitive Top Salesperson (principal), Dollar Value and Top Salesperson (principal) - Number of Sales.
The hardworking Mollymook real estate principal finished behind one of Australia's best agents, Ric Serrao from Raine and Horne Double Bay in both sales divisions.
In a significant night for Mr Pryde, the business he co-owns with Tony Hopper and Louise Monte was sixth in the Top Office - Number of Sales category and eighth in the Top Office - Dollar Value division beating home many of the global network's biggest Sydney offices.
Mr Pryde also got a place in Raine and Horne's Lifetime Chairman's Club, which recognises the network's top five per cent of sales agents.
He was delighted with his personal gongs.
"I've been in the top five agents at Raine and Horne for a few years now, but to finish in second behind a real estate superstar such as Ric is a big thrill," he said.
"This is also the first time I have scored second place in both individual sales categories."
Mr Pryde said that in 2019 he stuck with the game plan that has served him well for many years.
"There's no magic bullet to sales success. It involves hard work, long hours, an unwavering customer focus and surrounding yourself with a great team," he said.
"I have two fantastic assistants who have been with me for long periods now.
"Brianna Cassidy started with me in 2011 and Katrina Condie in 2016.
"We are a well-oiled team and it's now very rare for us to be beaten for a sales listing."
Mr Pryde, with 20 years of real estate sales in the Mollymook, Milton and Ulladulla region, says his reputation for delivering the best sales results for clients is a big part of his success.
"Around 95 per cent of my listings come from referrals and repeat business," he said.
"I take great pride in always doing the one-percenters for my clients and in a small community such as Mollymook and Milton word gets around."
Executive Chairman, Raine and Horne, Angus Raine, said he was thrilled by Mr Pryde's recognition at the recent awards ceremony.
"Ben has built a reputation for putting his clients first," he said. "
Whether it is helping a vendor with the decoration of a house before an open for inspection or doing some errands for a customer on his day off, Ben is renowned for delivering industry-best service to his clients and is very deserving of this recognition."
