StoryFest 2020 can now be sadly added to this long list of cancellations.
"The team is saddened by this decision but given the impact of COVID19 may extend up to six months, we cannot proceed in planning the festival," Festival Director, Meredith Jaffé said.
"We are working behind the scenes with publishers and authors to bring you innovative ways of sharing stories and our love for literature during this difficult time."

The good news is the storytelling competition is still running and reading all the wonderful entries during this period of uncertainty has been a very welcome distraction for the event organisers.
Entry is open until the April 12 for all Shoalhaven residents and go to www.storyfest.org.au/ for details.
"Our energies are now focused on planning for StoryFest 2021, which will be held June 18 to June 20," Meredith said.
"The StoryFest team hopes to see artists and audiences return to the festival circuit, especially supporting regional communities where many artists reside, once the future looks a little clearer. Stay safe dear StoryFesters."
