ISLHD Board Chair, Professor Denis King OAM said the meeting was an opportunity to showcase the health district's achievements over the past 12 months.
"Despite the many challenges and unprecedented circumstances we've faced over the past 12 months - with the bushfires and the COVID-19 Pandemic - the district's commitment to ongoing improvements in safety and quality across all of our services has never been stronger,'' Prof King said.
"The meeting is an opportunity to provide a snapshot of the year and for the community to also learn how we are working to address health care needs into the future through our Health Care Services Plan.
"We also had significant announcements this year from the NSW Government about funding for new and redeveloped hospitals at Shellharbour and Shoalhaven respectively.
'At the meeting we'll be providing the public with an overview of each of these projects and what they mean for the future of health in our District."
The meeting follows the release of recent survey results, which were mixed.
This year's meeting has been changed to an online format to enable as many members of the community as possible to watch given COVID-19 restrictions.
The district is inviting members of the community to submit questions ahead of the meeting to be answered during the live stream.
