Grace has been a member of Australian Red Cross since she was seven years of age when she joined the Asquith branch of the Junior Red Cross.
Her mother was a member of Asquith branch. Over the years Grace continued her association with Red Cross, even when moving around the country with her husband, Ken.
In later years she served as the president of Asquith branch and was a generous supporter of the Red Cross shop at Hornsby.
Grace maintained her membership of Red Cross and is now the oldest member of the Milton Ulladulla and District branch of Red Cross.
Although she can no longer attend meetings she is very interested in the branch and loves to chat with Gill, her Community Visitor, when they meet each week.
Grace still crochets blankets for the branch to sell for fundraising.
Many thanks to all those who supported the Big Cake Bake. The money raised helps with funds for the many and varied projects of Red Cross.
The Milton Ulladulla branch will be having a stall at the Timberfest next Saturday at Milton Showground - please come and support the wonderful work by checking out the items for sale on the stall.
